• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings may be voided.
• Choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Complete KYC verification when requested by uploading valid government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Immediately notify pro88 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using the Service:

• Employees of pro88, its affiliates, business partners, and their immediate family members.
• Professional gambling consultants, syndicates, or individuals attempting to gain unfair advantages through system exploitation.
• Individuals who have previously been banned from pro88 or who have had accounts closed for Terms violations.
• Individuals with a history of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pro88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other approved digital payment platforms.
• Other payment methods as announced by pro88 from time to time.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

3.2 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Indonesian Rupiah) for e-wallet deposits.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction, or as specified for your Account tier.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• pro88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your responsibility.
• You must deposit only funds that you legally own and are entitled to use. Deposits derived from illegal activities will be reported to relevant authorities.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction; Rp 200,000,000 (two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per day; Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per month. Higher limits may be available for VIP players.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15-30 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification and take up to 48 hours.
• You must use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used for deposits, unless that method is no longer available or technically incompatible.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 4 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• pro88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or conduct enhanced due diligence before processing large withdrawals.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

pro88 may offer various bonuses and promotions to players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by geographic location, account status, or promotional period.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Activity

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to meet wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Placing opposing bets or using hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus completion without risk.
• Exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets (football, basketball, tennis, and other sports offered by pro88), the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before an event starts, but bets already placed are not affected.
• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Subsequent disqualifications or amendments do not affect settlement unless explicitly stated in specific sport rules.
• For live (in-play) betting, pro88 reserves the right to suspend markets, reject bets, or void bets if we detect suspicious betting patterns, technical errors, or delayed data feeds.
• If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original start time, or unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
